Postcolonial Seminar of the English Department will be presenting Professor Jini Watson talking about her forthcoming new book The New Asian City: Three-dimensional Fictions of Space and Urban Form (University of Minnesota Press, 2011). In conversation with Ph.D. candidate in English Laurie Lambert, Professor Watson will not only introduce her new book but also share her experiences of turning the dissertation into a book.
