October Salon Series at the Apollo Theater (Hosted by Draper Alumnus, Derek McPhatter)

Draper Alumnus Derek McPhatter recently sent us the schedule for the Apollo Theater's Salon Series, which he hosts. Derek is the Development Director at the Apollo, as well as being a successful playright. Draper had the pleasure of interviewing Derek earlier this year, which you can read here.

Presented every weekend in October, the Salon Series provides some of the most innovative artists with access to the Theater’s resources to develop and present their work on our intimate black-box Soundstage. This year’s Salon Series features Burnt Sugar the Arkestra Chamber, Gordon Voidwell, Helga Davis, and William Caballero. Yours truly hosts the show. - Derek
